1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RaipurDoctors (raipurdoctors.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms form a legal agreement between PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and the user.

2. Description of Service

RaipurDoctors is an AI-powered health information platform providing: • MediKatha - prescription understanding assistance • RogDiary - health tracking • AI Symptom Checker, Diabetes Risk Calculator, BMI Calculator, etc. • VaidyaAI - directory of verified AYUSH practitioners All tools are informational, not diagnostic.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: • Provide accurate information • Be responsible for account security • Use the platform only for lawful purposes • Not misuse anyone else's name/information • Users under 18 need parent/guardian consent

4. AI Service Limitations

Our AI tools (powered by Groq, Google Gemini): • Are generative AI and may not always be 100% accurate • Are not medical diagnosis • Cannot replace a qualified doctor • Are not suitable for emergency situations We do not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs.

5. VaidyaAI Practitioners

We verify the license of practitioners listed on VaidyaAI directory, but we are not responsible for the quality of their services. Choosing a practitioner and receiving treatment is entirely your responsibility.

6. Payments and Refunds

Pro Plan (₹99/month) and B2B Plan payments are processed via PayU. • Subscription can be cancelled anytime • Refunds only in case of technical failure (within 7 days) • Auto-renewal can be disabled from account settings

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on RaipurDoctors is property of PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Copying or redistributing without permission is prohibited.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend any account without notice if: false information was provided, terms are violated, or the platform is being misused.

9. Limitation of Liability

PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on AI advice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
